ENERGY Gas Company is currently
seeking to fill positions for Customer Service Representatives to respond
to customer inquiries or complaints regarding Company products or services;
review and research problems by obtaining necessary information from
policies, procedures or practices; with supervisory assistance, determine
the best method to resolve problems to ensure customer satisfaction
and adherence to company policies; and follow up, either verbally or
in writing, to ensure customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidates will possess a high school diploma or certificate
of successful completion of the General Educational Development Test,
a minimum of one (1) year experience in providing superior customer
service to external and internal customers, excellent written and verbal
communication skills as well as listening skills, excellent organizational
and computer skills required, and the availability to work between 7:30
a.m. to 6:00 p.m., and some Saturdays.
